Fee flexibility Print

You pay for quality service. Different people have different needs and our fee structure is tailored towards those needs.

Our planners discuss the fee for their service openly with you and they are structured in the following way:

  • An upfront fee for developing your plan. The amount will generally depend upon its complexity.
  • Ongoing fees according to the amount of additional service you choose.

Your payment options

You can choose to pay an hourly rate (similar to the system you might use to pay your accountant) or you can choose a total package of service, which will depend on the level of service you would like.

Our planners will provide recommendations on a suitable fee structure for your needs. For example:

Jo's fee structure

What Jo wants
A full financial plan and a lifestyle plan.
Hourly rate payment option for the initial plan and the planner's time spent on it.

What Jo doesn't want
Further service or communication.
She doesn't want the planner to buy the investments for her.

What the planner does
Calculates the estimated hourly rate and provides it to Jo.
Develops the plan, delivers it.
Advises Jo that she should call if she needs anything further.

Jo's options
She can come back to the planner when she feels she needs some assistance.

Sam's fee structure
