Saccasan Bailey joins Guild

Guild Insurance & Financial Services (the Guild Group) is in a period of strong growth, both organic and through strategic acquisitions. In line with current strategy, the Guild Group has taken a majority interest in Sydney-based accounting practice, Saccasan Bailey Partners (SBP), and has fully acquired its financial planning business.

The partners, Bruce Bailey and Peter Saccasan, will retain equity in the accounting business and join the leadership team at the Guild Group. They will work with senior management at the Guild Group to continue growing their client base. Bruce Bailey said, "Joining forces with Guild allows us to expand the integrated financial services we can offer our clients. Whether they be involved in pharmacy, aged care, child care or other business and investment activities." Peter Saccasan added that "whilst the relationship will no doubt enhance SBP's contribution to the pharmacy industry, the exciting prospect is that the Guild Group offering supports a range of professional services which will be of benefit to all SBP clients."
