GuildGrape investment overview

GuildGrape is a Vineyard Investment Project managed by Guild Financial Services Limited.

The 'Kayinga' Vineyard is located at Langhorne Creek in South Australia near Lake Alexandrina. This is approximately 90km south east of Adelaide close to large scale vineyards owned by Mildara Blass and BRL Hardy.

The Kayinga site was first settled in the 1890's and was used as a general cereal crop and potato property continually until 1998.

The GuildGrape Project began in 1997/8 with the first harvest of grapes in 2001.

Investors are invited to attend an Open Day at the Vineyard in March each year, where they can meet with other investors, vineyard managers FABAL and Guild Financial Services representatives.

Recent financial and crop reports, tax memos and general GuildGrape news are available to investors.

Please note in the GuildGrape Property Trust Distribution Statement - Year Ended 30 June 2008 a typo has been made in the notes section.  The Notes should read as such:

The Total Net Distribution amount should be included as income in your 2007/2008 tax return and disclosed as a non-primary production trust distribution (in the case of an individual, partnership or trust investor).

The above payment represents a distribution from the GuildGrape Property Trust for the year ended 30 June 2008. This distribution should be assessable income in your 2008 tax return; however investors should seek their own tax advice.
