Identifying potential risks and providing appropriate risk guidance and solutions is an integral part of Guild's commitment to it's clients and professional associations.

Guild Insurance works closely with professional associations to develop targeted risk management guidance and solutions for their members. This is achieved through Guild Risk Services, a dedicated risk management team within Guild.

When an Association chooses Guild Insurance, typically, Guild Risk Services creates a detailed risk profile for the profession. If necessary, we will establish a committee with the profession which convenes on a regular basis to discuss profession-specific issues and solutions, and determine communication strategies with regard to the management of risk.

The approach adopted by Guild Risk Services is multi layered to ensure that all members have access to such information. Guild Risk Services aims to provide a value added service to assist its clients in making risk management an integral part of their business, thereby maximising opportunities for success.

Risk Team of the Year

Guild Risk Services has been awarded one of the highest honours within the insurance industry, winning the title ‘Risk Team of the Year' in the prestigious 2007 Australia and New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards.

The accolade was awarded to Guild Risk Services for "excellence in their provision of valueadding risk management services to Guild Insurance clients". Guild Risk Services was commended for its strong commitment to increasing risk management awareness and understanding among Guild staff and clients.
