What We Do

Each area of Shared Services is involved in the day-to-day running of our business:

  • Finance oversee the Group’s investments and financial and management reporting.

  • Human Resources provide a broad range of operational and strategic services.

  • Information Technology (IT) is responsible for the Group’s IT strategy and the development and deployment of business systems and infrastructure.

  • Risk, Audit and Compliance oversees the risk management framework, provide independent objective assurance to improve the company’s operations, and ensures the company meets its compliance and regulatory obligations.
