My experience at Guild

What I enjoy most about my role at Guild is the flexible and hybrid work conditions which give me a work-life balance. The team leaders and colleagues are extremely supportive and I enjoy the positive work environment.

Guild’s purpose and collective values outline the goals that exemplify the highest commitment to quality and service to each other, the organisation and customer. Guild has an innovative work environment, encouraging collaboration towards a common goal, and this sets it apart from other places I’ve worked.

Since joining Guild in July of 2021, I have experienced positive reinforcement and recognition for a job well executed. Open and honest communication between leaders and team members is encouraged at Guild. Right from the hiring process to onboarding has been a seamless process. I was a tad bit apprehensive of changing jobs during these crazy times as training was online, but I have had support from, not only my team leaders, but every member of my team. I can honestly say Guild is the right place for me to work.

Guild encourages employees to share their knowledge, experience, skills, suggestions and recommendations. The people here are very friendly and respectful to one another which contributes to a great culture.

 

Outside of work

As cliched as it may sound, I am extremely proud to be a mother of two beautiful girls who are accomplished and independent young individuals. In my spare time, I focus on interior decorating with a passion for home staging and Feng Shui.
