Michael Kay appointed as Independent Director

Guild Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Kay as an Independent Director of Guild Group Holdings Limited, Guild Insurance Limited, Gold Cross Pty Ltd, Guild Link Pty Ltd, Guild Superannuation Services Pty Ltd (GSS) effective 1 February 2021.

Michael is a professional non-executive director of several companies.  Michael was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of listed salary packaging company McMillan Shakespeare a position he held for six years.  Previously, Michael had been Chief Executive Officer of National Insurer AAMI after serving in a variety of senior roles within that company.  Prior to joining AAMI he spent 12 years in private legal practice.  He is a former member of the Commonwealth Consumer Affairs Advisory Council and the Committee for Melbourne.
